Hi. My name is Andy, and I’m a Cleveland Indians fan…and a Browns fan…and a Cavaliers fan.
That’s normal in Northeast Ohio. But I live in South Central Kentucky. I was born in Cleveland though and lived there for almost 21 years before moving in the fall of ‘01. You know how many Cleveland sports fans are down here? Not as many as there are who don’t even know where Cleveland is. I’m also a Buckeyes fan on the edge of SEC country. Great, huh?
So why am I here in Kentucky? Well, things happen (like getting married and having kids). Needless to say, I’m here and will be for a good while.
So why am I still a Cleveland sports fan? I can’t help it. My teams will always be my teams. Sure, I haven’t seen a Cleveland team win a championship in my lifetime. But that doesn’t matter. Someday it come, and how sweet that day will be.
Anyway, this is my place to talk about my teams. Welcome. I hope you’ll come back and read and comment on the posts. Like I said, there aren’t many other fans here to talk to.
