Brady Quinn is Out for the Year
November 25th, 2008 at 11:54 pm by Displaced Cleveland FanFoxsports.com is reporting that Brady Quinn will miss the rest of the season due to the injury to his finger. Apparently what was thought to be minor turned out to be a bigger problem than first expected.
This obviously is disappointing news. But hopefully, once training camp rolls around, Romeo Crennel will be gone, Derek Anderson will be elsewhere, and the Browns will have a competent head coach so Brady can start the preseason with a clean slate as the undisputed starter.
But wow. Just when you thought this season couldn’t get any worse.

It’s disappointing, for sure. But you sure don’t want to create a irrepairable injury for a nothing season. Hopefully, he can get fixed up and be able to play again. Dad said he wondered if the powers that be were second guessing themselves by playing him Sunday and chancing a career-ending injury. Only time will tell.

There’s probably a lot of second guessing the powers that be ought to be doing. This is just one example.
